What is ceramic coating

Ceramic coating refers to the coating material for ceramic coating, it is a non-metallic inorganic coating like ceramic, does not contain toxic and harmful substances. The molten or semi-molten deformed particles are sprayed on the metal surface by thermal spraying process, so as to form a layer of nano inorganic protective layer, also called protective film.

Ceramic coatings are mainly divided into functional ceramics, structural ceramics and biological ceramics. The ceramic used in the inner liner of the steaming oven belongs to one kind of functional ceramics. It can change the morphology, structure and chemical composition of the substrate, and give the substrate new properties, such as wear resistance, corrosion resistance, anti-viscosity, high hardness, high temperature resistance, insulation, etc.
